Terms of service

Welcome to AfterDark. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on our website.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

We make every effort to display our products, colors, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, and product offerings may be changed at any time without notice. Prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete checkout.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase from AfterDark. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when necessary.

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

Please review your shipping and billing information carefully before submitting your order. Orders that have already shipped may not be canceled.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
