Shipping policy

We’re excited to get your AfterDark order to you. Available shipping destinations and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

DELIVERY TIMES

United States: Estimated delivery within 5–12 business days.

These estimates include order processing and shipping. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery may take longer during holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

When your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

DELAYS

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout, we’ll contact you with an updated shipping date. If the order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation and refund.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email supportafterdarktennis@gmail.com immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to update it before shipment, but changes may not be possible once the order is on its way.
